- AI agent: answers shopper questions in seconds, grounded in the store's catalog, policies and order data.
- Order management: tracks, edits, cancels and refunds orders inside the chat. Before any change it verifies the order, asks why, offers a fix and gets the customer's confirmation. Returns always go to the store's team.
- Live chat and human handoff: passes conversations that need a person to the right teammate, with the chat and order context attached.
- Smart Upsell: Frequently Bought Together bundles on product pages and a recommendation slider in the cart, chosen by AI from the store's own catalog.
- Quick Ask Launcher: a prompt next to the product description that answers a shopper's last doubt with proof from the store's data.
- AI avatar: a face, name, voice and welcome message for the agent.
- Workflows: seven ready-made automated email workflows that react to what shoppers do.
- Channels: website chat and email on every plan; WhatsApp from the Growth plan.

It syncs the store's Shopify products, variants and policy pages automatically. Merchants can add FAQs, files (.pdf, .docx, .txt or .json, up to 25 MB each), external web pages and custom instructions, and the agent answers from all of them.
