Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Billing runs through your Shopify account, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I go over my conversations?
You keep going. Extra conversations are billed in blocks of 50 at your plan's rate, from $17.50 on Basic down to $5 on Enterprise.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Subscription page inside the app.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly billing costs 10× the monthly price, so you get two months free (about 17% off).
